IGS Nordic is organizing the Educate the Educators event in Lund on 7th of May. The event is free and specially targeted to the lecturers in Nordic universities, but is open for everyone interested. Link to join before 29th of April.
Topics include:
- Introduction to geosynthetic products, their manufacturing, and properties
- Supporting steep slopes and retaining walls with geosynthetics
- Geosynthetics in landfill structures
- Geotextiles for filtration, separation, and drainage
The second part of the training will be held in the fall, focusing on other applications.
